Nothing on this Website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, credit advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell financial products.
Mindful Finances provides money coaching and financial wellbeing education. Independent professional advice should be sought before making financial decisions.

Coaching services, programs, workshops and corporate engagements are governed by separate written agreements. These Website Terms do not replace or override any signed Client Agreement.

All content on this Website including text, graphics, logos, downloads, frameworks, videos, audio content and branding is the property of Mindful Finances unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Materials may be downloaded for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links
This Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes from coaching or educational content and are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information provided.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindful Finances from any claims, losses or liabilities arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on this Website.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Where services are subject to statutory guarantees:
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the failure does not amount to a major failure, the failure will be remedied within a reasonable time.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the services or payment of the cost of re-supply, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Digital Products, Programs & Refund Policy
Delivery of Digital Products:
Digital products and online programs are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Access is for personal use only and must not be shared.
Refund Policy:
Change-of-mind refunds are not provided once digital access has been granted. Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Programs & Coaching Services:
Refund terms for coaching services are governed by separate Client Agreements. Payments are generally non-refundable once services commence, subject to ACL rights.
Platform Availability:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages caused by technical issues or third-party providers.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Website access at any time if these Terms are breached. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
