This Privacy Policy governs the online information and data collection practices of Suzanne Alexander ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as Mindful Finances, at https://mindfulfinances.com.au (the "Site"). This policy applies across the Site and its associated subdomains, including the Money Type Quiz hosted at quiz.mindfulfinances.com.au.

We will never sell, barter, or rent your personal information, including your email address, to any unauthorised third party.

Mindful Finances is an Australian-based money coaching and financial wellbeing business, operated by Suzanne Alexander.

2.3 Money Type Quiz information: When you complete the Money Type Quiz through our services, we process:

- Quiz responses about your relationship with money

- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-assisted content creation and business operations (US-based)

When using these tools, we: minimise the personal data entered wherever possible; anonymise or pseudonymise client data before input unless identifiable data is necessary and lawful to use; review each provider's data processing and retention policies; and do not rely on AI tools to make automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may from time to time adopt additional AI or emerging technology tools. Where any such tool processes personal data on our behalf, we will ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place and that this policy is updated to reflect the change.

Your information may be processed in Australia or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented.

This includes personal financial information, relationship matters, behavioural patterns, beliefs, goals, and any other information disclosed verbally or in writing.

We will not disclose confidential coaching information to any third party without your consent, except:

- Where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or others

- Where disclosure is required for professional supervision, insurance, or legal advice, in which case information is shared on a confidential basis

- Coaching confidentiality operates alongside, and in addition to, our obligations under applicable privacy legislation. Formal client engagements are also governed by separate service agreements that outline confidentiality obligations in greater detail.
